Dr. Claudia Johana Guzmán has a degree in Medicine from June 2003 to June 2009 at the San Martín University Foundation-Colombia (degree approved by the Ministry of Education on February 26, 2010, Madrid, Spain). Resident Internal Physician (MIR) of Nephrology working within the nephrological area in Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Renal Transplant Unit, Vascular Access for Hemodialysis, Ultrasound and Radiology / Nephrological Interventionism (May 2014-January 2019 at Hospital Sanitari Parc Taulí, Sabadell).
He has won different awards (Hospital Field Award. 29th Catalan Conference on HTN: Clinical Case Sd Carcinoid – Barcelona, December 2016; Best Oral Communication Award. XLVIII Congress of the Spanish Society of Nephrology and IX Ibero-American Congress of Nephrology – Madrid, November 2018) and belongs to the following Societies: Spanish Society of Nephrology (SENEFRO); Spanish Society of Renal Transplantation; Catalan Society of Nephrology (SOCANE) and L’ACADÈMIA-Fundació Acadèmia De Ciències Mediques i De La Salut De Catalunya i De Balears.
From January 2019 to May 2019 he has been Assistant Physician of Clinical Nephrology in hospitalization plant at Fundació Puigvert. Since May 2019 he is Assistant Physician of Clinical Nephrology, hemodialysis and other renal therapies at Hospital de Barcelona and Hospital Consorci Sanitari de Terrassa. Clinical Nephrology Doctor at Uros Associats since October 2020.
