Dr. Diego Carvajal Buitrago graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the Juan N. Corpas University Foundation in Bogotá – Colombia (2004-2010).

He specialized via MIR in the Healthcare Complex of Soria (2013-2018), where he also participated as a teacher in courses of Urological Ultrasound and Prostatic and Renal Cryotherapy. Later he worked as an adjunct urologist at the Santos Reyes Hospital in Aranda de Duero (Burgos), being a member of the patient safety commission.

Between 2018 and 2019 he completed a Master’s Degree in Uro-oncology at the Cardenal Herrera University.

Dr. Carvajal has focused his activity on endourological and minimally invasive techniques, with training as a Fellowship in robotic and laparoscopic surgery in the Uro-oncology service of the Saint Augustin Clinic in Bordeaux – France.

He is currently a member of the European Association of Urology and is FEBU accredited after passing the EBU (European Board Examination in Urology) in 2023.
