Dr. Vinay earned his medical degree from the University of Chile. He completed his residency in Urology at the Clinical Hospital of the University of Chile. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Andrology at the Puigvert Foundation/Autonomous University of Barcelona. His subspecialty areas include male infertility, male sexual dysfunctions, male contraception, sexually transmitted infections, and andrological endocrinology. Dr. Vinay leads multiple lines of research, especially in male hormonal contraception and infertility. He has published numerous works in international journals and conferences. He has participated in teaching courses, master’s programs and conferences. He is a member of the European Academy of Andrology, the European Association of Urology, and the International Society for Sexual Medicine. In this latter society, he has been selected as a future leader, representing the European Society for Sexual Medicine.
