Jordi Villacrés Chicaiza is a graduate nurse at the EUI Gimbernat de Sant Cugat, attached to the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has completed the master’s degree in Operating Room Nursing at the Vall d’Hebron University Hospital (UAB) and the master’s degree in Anesthesiology Nursing and Pain Management at the Hospital del Mar (ESIMAR).
Throughout his professional career he has worked both in the hospital setting at the Quirón Barcelona hospital as a self-employed professional, collaborating with several leading surgical teams, including the team of Dr. de Lacy (IQL), the Cugat Institute and the Clavel Institute, where he has also helped in humanitarian missions to Ethiopia as a surgical instrument technician specializing in neurosurgery.
He is currently part of the Uros Associats team, where he works full-time. At the same time, he continues to expand her education by studying German.
He speaks Catalan and Spanish, and has a working knowledge of English, Italian, Norwegian, and German, with an interest in learning new languages in the future, such as Mandarin. He describes herself as an enthusiastic person, with a proactive attitude and a constant drive to learn, improve, and provide the best possible care to patients.
