Their job is to coordinate our surgeons, medical assistants and instrumentalists. Each surgery is different and has different materials and needs that have to be foreseen.
Once the surgeon schedules a surgical intervention, the coordinator is responsible for checking that everything is correct. One business day before admission, the patient is contacted to confirm the hours of admission and intervention.
We operate in Teknon Medical Center, Sagrada Familia Clinic, Barcelona Hospital, CIMA Hospital, Quirón Hospital and Monegal Clinic in Tarragona.
They can contact you for the following purposes:
- For all procedures related to Clinic protocols (Covid19, admissions, companions …).
- Problems with the assigned operating room date.
- Documentation required for surgery.
