Dr. David Salinas graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (1991), specializing in Urology at the Fundació Puigvert Hospital, and obtaining his doctorate at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 1997.
He worked as a Resident Internal Doctor of Urology at the Fundació Puigvert (1998), as an assistant doctor of the Lithiasis Unit of the Fundació Puigvert (1999), assistant doctor of the Municipal Hospital of Badalona (2000), Urologist of the team of Urology guards of the Clínica del Remei (2001), Urologist of the Centre Assistencial Baix LLobregat (2001), Urologist of the team Lithiasis Unit Dexeus Institute (2001-2005), assistant doctor of the Urology Unit of the Sant Camil Residential Hospital (2001-2004) and assistant doctor of the Urology service of the Plató Clinic in Barcelona.
He is a member of the Spanish Association of Urology (A.E.U.) since June 1996, of the Catalan Society of Urology and of the College of Physicians of Barcelona.
He has published articles in various national and foreign journals, has participated in national and international conferences and has been awarded on several occasions:

Currently (since 2005) he is partner-co-founder of Uros Associats (private urology service) together with Dr. Peña, at the Sagrada Familia Clinic, Teknon Medical Center in Barcelona and private practice in Tarragona where his greatest experience and activity is focused on laser prostate surgeries.
