Dr. Ulloa Espinel graduated as a Medical Surgeon from the Faculty of Medicine of the Central University of Venezuela (2008-2014). He specialized via M.I.R. in Urology at the General Hospital of Segovia (2016-2021).

Subsequently, he has developed his work as an assistant at the Villalba General Hospital (2021-2022) where he carried out various teaching collaborations with the Chair of Medicine of the Alfonso X el Sabio University.

He has participated as a speaker in different national and international congresses. He is a member of the Spanish Association of Urology (AEU) and the European Association of Urology (EAU).

He joins the Uros Associats team in January 2023, forming part of the urological medical team at Ibiza Uros Associats.
